The Truth about Lazy

In Daily Inspiration on February 24, 2011 at 4:51 pm

From time to time we occasionally hear people call someone else lazy. Well the truth is, no one is inherently lazy. It is human nature to want to be doing things unless we are ill. A sign of the beginning of a recovery from illness is the desire to get up and around, to go back to work, to do something-anything. Inactivity leads to boredom, and boredom leads to “laziness.” On the flip side, activity leads to interest, and interest leads to enthusiasm and ambition.

The wise W. Clement Stone once said, ” The emotions are not always subject to reason, but they are always subject to action!”  We must find out what we are best at and what we like to do, and develop a burning desire to be the best we can be at it. Then get into action! You see, life is all about finding that lion inside of you and then taking action to wake it up, and develop it. It is our goal at Jun E Caniel to grow a culture of greatness throughout the world. So the next time someone says you, or someone else is lazy, tell them you have just not found what you are great at, as of yet.
