The Youth…

In Art, Daily Inspiration, Motivational Speaking, Thoughts, Uncategorized on July 14, 2018 at 8:48 pm

It’s about the youth…

It’s about the truths…

We can do and be anything we stick to…

With great intentions and a start…

We don’t have to be in a 5×7 frame when we’re the Wall…

Every time we fall we get up taller…

Walking in a straight line to who we are…

Reflecting humanity in its highest form…

We are art…

We are the painters, writers, creators of our legacies…

We are One Race…

Just let it Be… ~Jay Caniel

Are you ready to fly?…

I’m talking the adventure of your life.

Like you’re six playing in the rain for a while.

We all go through stages of life.

Your time as a caterpillar has expired.

Your wings are ready…FLY

The atmospheric pressure is steady.

Nervous system running wild…

It’s time…

Light…

Thankful

In Thoughts on May 1, 2014 at 2:44 pm

Jun E Caniel Thankful for the island sunrise and my beautiful mind… Thankful for that cab ride my mom took 30 something years ago today, giving birth to her last… They say save the best for last… Thankful for missed shots, being kidnapped, turning negative words into my bitch on the spot…
Gaining inspiration from the eyes of the under dogs… Putting them on my back ’cause there is no other way… This little light of mine… I told Lesroy and the most high I would let it shine…sitting on the dock watching the tide role in. As I shed a tear… Man I’m just thankful to be here… One day… One day hoping I live… Knowing I’ll live long enough to see greatness rise and replicate over and over and over again….today is a Jun E day…Lets change the world!!!!!

A Jun E Swim

In Daily Inspiration, Journal, Thoughts on March 22, 2014 at 2:28 pm

Back to the start… Like getting thrown in a ocean at 4… Now I dive into my soul cause it so deep.. Deeper than any swimming pool that exist in this world… Jun E Swim Deeper than any body of water. I swim trying to find all the pieces of gold lined within. Swimming to find all the humor and wit left from the soul of those before.. This swim is so good! So good I don’t want to come up to breathe your air.. So abundant I’m amazed that I find several new treasures each day… What a swim.. I don’t even get wrinkled fingers on this swim… I think you should try it…

The Start…..

In Business, Daily Inspiration, Motivational Speaking, Thoughts on October 16, 2013 at 5:39 pm

Jun E Babies The start.. Like goo goo ga ga… Like da da or ma ma..  The start… The start like the first time you fell and realized someone was looking.  Then, you burst out in an even louder cry… The start.. The start like the pain associated with the growth of your first tooth… Damn I wonder why we now run away from pain… The start when little things made you happy.. Like your favorite toy you created… Like the happiness you create with a single smile and a room of adults sighed.  Now you walk in and smile at Jun E Day adults only to see the misery in their eyes….. I wondered what changed?  The start like when a pinky held the world of promises together…. Now promises are expected to be broken.  What changed? The start when challenges were learning the ABC song and counting to 10…  The start when people held you, praised you, and loved you for accomplishments.  Now they silently hold grudges against you for wanting and getting more.  Dam I’m happy they didn’t get mad when we walked before scheduled. The start… Back to the start.  Take me! Take me!

Jun E Day You see, I never left the beginning so I could never end.  Each day new and fresh as the smell of the ocean I was thrown in and learned to swim. Each person another opportunity to know myself better. The start is where I’m at… Constantly crawling and walking over new endeavors like Godzilla.  This hunger often fed by the eyes of the next boy or girl that might pick this trail.  I see them. I saw them from the start…  The start.

I’m Just a Painter…

In Culture, Jun E Caniel Conversation Series, Motivational Speaking, Thoughts, Uncategorized on October 3, 2013 at 3:14 pm

You see, I’m just a painter…with this mind I lay the background down on the canvas. I let it dry…

They say it’s time for a new coat, but I’m not cold… I’m just a painter…

www.jcaniel.com

These walls are filled with color and if you look close enough there are shiny white teeth staring at you.

Can you see them?

I paint smiles.

It starts in my mind and resonates in yours. I leave you no choice but to imitate the picture I painted on your mind.

I hope you don’t mind…

I’m just a painter… Forcefully painting over the madness and mess the world has laid. You know the beauty of painting is that it’s never too late to paint over the old, giving way to the new. But what do I know? I’m just a painter…

Imagining 200 hundred years from now who will pick up all these paintings… Sometimes this mind seems so ahead like dog years. Still I paint not afraid or worried if they will crucify me….. Imagine painting pictures that will last 200 years!

I see their faces as they continue the revolution and make sure the target is hit.

www.jcaniel.com Hmmmm. I see their faces….. No hunger, no poverty, no inequality. Abundance…. I see abundance… But I thought abundance…. I created abundance…. And now I paint abundance….. I’m just a painter….

Who Knew….

In Daily Inspiration, Motivational Speaking, Thoughts on September 12, 2013 at 9:49 pm

We always wanted more… A life worth fighting for!  A life worth living and dying for!  A legacy that could never be taken from us. We started out pretty naive about this whole thing. Dreamy eyed, with milk all over our breath… Jay Caniel She said she wanted to be an artist and improve women’s lives all around the world. He simply wanted to improve humanity…

Who knew those dreams would carry us?  Who knew that the air we breathe is fueled by images projected on the walls of our minds? Who knew that kid with invisible headphones on would get a pair? Lol, I’m trotting right along with no ears to the world, a big smile on my face, and a blockbuster hit on my mind… We will continue to direct this movie behind the scenes…I can’t wait till it’s complete. Get your popcorn ready…

What you think?….

Oh the power of words! In life we all have desires. I have discovered in  life, that we get what we are looking for. The key is to train our thoughts to focus on the things we desire and get it off of the things we don’t desire.  Our thoughts are the starting point to our destiny. We must make sure weThinking Jun E... guard our thoughts with our very lives. Some people spend most of their time guarding people and things such as cars, houses, credit scores, jobs, titles etc. The most significant thing a person will produce is a direct result of their thoughts. We must guard our beautiful minds against the propaganda of the news, the vulgarity in music, films and other streams of the media. Its a trap, and once you start in the rat race its hard to get out. We become brain washed and dependent on garbage.  Greatness begins and ends in the mind.  The next time you ask for something, remember that you will get exactly what you want. A Jun E poet has correctly stated this universal truth through these lines

I bargained with Life for a penny

And Life would pay no more,

However I begged at evening

When I counted my scanty store.

For Life is a just employer,

He gives you what you ask,

But once you have set the wages,

Why, you must bear the task

I worked for a menial’s hire,

Only to learn, dismayed,

That any wage I had asked of Life,

Life would have willingly paid….

When a Jun E Kid Grows Up…

In Daily Inspiration, Motivational Speaking, Thoughts, Uncategorized on August 27, 2013 at 6:23 pm

Just a weird kid wanting a different life.. Wanted to laugh, play and dance in the rain… I enjoyed playing with imaginary friends and creating bubble bath from soap… I sat at that table and was a bus driver… The best damn bus driver on the island. I sat in that living room and became a college and Jun E Caniel Olympic basketball player. But they told me I day dream too much. I never could quite understand their language, so they said that I don’t listen…  After achieving certain feats, my success was turned against me… So now I go from being labeled as the little boy who day dreams to the anti social adult. However still these eyes won’t go past six… You know the age where everything is new and not taken for granted.  You know the age where you get excited about a piece of candy, or just going outside and having a conversation with a friend…

Jun E Lion I realize now it will always be something… I realize there will always be more ants than eagles,  more crabs than lions.  There will be more workers than owners… More managers than leaders. I realize now how you’re treated when you’re a revolutionary… They hate you. They band together against you ’cause they can’t stomach the thought that the same  “unstable” boy who day dreamed  and made friends with notepads will someday… Will someday… will someday …
ajac “The Difference between the bottom and the top is your perception of where you are… Sooner or later you find yourself in the place you dreamed up…”
