START!

The way to begin your dreams is to begin.  This may sound simple and foolish, however hundreds of thousands of people in this country have dreams they never obtain. The reason is they don’t have the guts to begin. The world can seem scary when it comes to living our dreams.  Dreaming is a game of “put and take”, you cant “take out” until you “put in.” People often put off their dreams because they cannot see clearly ahead.  Many go to friends and family for advice. It is normal for people, when advising friends, to be super-conservative. Stop asking people who have never achieved anything great in their lives to advise you on your great endeavors. You see, people see things through their own experiences. So essentially they will be giving you advice based on their own capacity.  Think of it this way, someone laughed at the Wright Brothers when they said they wanted to fly over water. People told Benjamin Franklin he could never make it in the printing press. They even told Oprah that her nose was too wide, she was too fat, her hair was too short, and her eyes were too far apart to be successful in her field.  It’s not what they tell you, its what you accept!

It’s not necessary that you see the harbor at the end of your course before sailing. If you sail straight, and keep moving you will get to your destination! But first you must start!  Begin to be Jun E.
